SOHM is about more than simply receiving massage.
It’s about slowing down, being listened to, and receiving thoughtful, intentional bodywork.
Services
Every session is guided by the same philosophy and begins in the same way: with you. The difference between sessions isn’t the kind of work you receive, but the time we have together.
Whether you’re seeking relief from pain, recovering from injury or surgery, managing everyday tension, or just looking to slow down, each session begins with understanding what you need and develops from there.
New Clients
If you’re new to SOHM, begin by submitting an appointment request. All new clients begin with a brief phone conversation so we can discuss what you’re looking for and what you’d like support with before scheduling your first session.
Once we’ve connected, we’ll find a time that works for you.

Approaches & Techniques
Sessions may draw from a range of approaches, including traditional massage techniques, myofascial release, trigger point techniques, deep tissue, fascial manipulation, assisted stretching, breath work, cupping, scar tissue work, and manual lymphatic drainage.
The methods used may vary from session to session and may be combined according to what you’re experiencing, your preferences, and how the work develops. You’re always welcome to let me know if there is an approach you’ve found helpful or would like incorporated into your session.
Accessibility
Sessions are typically provided on a massage table. A supportive massage chair is also available for clients who are unable to comfortably or safely get on and off a table.
